To promote independence and enhance the quality of life of residents by assessing each resident's individual needs, organising a programme of events and encouraging individual interests and activities.

The company reviews the hourly rate paid for this position each April. Enhancements are paid for weekend and night shifts. Holiday entitlement is 27 days for a full time employee and pro-rata for part-timers. Bank Holidays worked are all paid at double time.
