To provide a high quality and efficient food and beverage service to Residents including the provision of special diets where required and to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen areas.

The company reviews the hourly rate paid for this position each April. Enhancements are paid for weekend and night shifts. Holiday entitlement is 27 days for a full time employee and pro-rata for part-timers. Bank Holidays worked are all paid at double time.
