To be responsible for the provision of nursing care for all residents and for maintaining a homely, supportive and stimulating environment to improve or sustain, as far as possible, the residents’ quality of life.
The company reviews the hourly rate paid for this position each April. Enhancements are paid for weekend and night shifts. Holiday entitlement is 27 days for a full time employee and pro-rata for part-timers. Bank Holidays worked are all paid at double time.
