To be responsible for the management of the care area and nursing home in the absence of the Nurse Manager or Deputy. Will lead and supervise the nursing team, ensuring maximum and economic use of resources.

The company reviews the hourly rate paid for this position each April. Enhancements are paid for weekend and night shifts. Holiday entitlement is 27 days for a full time employee and pro-rata for part-timers. Bank Holidays worked are all paid at double time.
